We are seeking a

Federal Proposal Writer & Analyst

to develop compliant, persuasive responses to government solicitations. This role requires a blend of narrative storytelling and analytical rigor to translate complex requirements into winning bids under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development:

Draft and edit compelling technical and management volumes that strictly adhere to

FAR

and

Section L/M

requirements.

Market Intelligence:

Utilize tools like

GovWin, SAM.gov, and GSA eBuy

to track opportunities and conduct competitive research.

Data Analysis:

Use advanced

Excel

(pivot tables, dashboards) to synthesize complex procurement data into actionable insights for leadership.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally in a high-tempo environment to ensure all submissions are polished, compliant, and submitted on time.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

5–7 years in federal government contracting, business development, or proposal management.

Compliance Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the federal acquisition process and DoD procurement cycles.

Technical Skills:

Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.

Communication:

Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.

Eligibility:

U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Marketing, or a related technical field.
