About The Role The Program Managers will be involved in managing the operational workflow and organizational aspects for the Google Shopping team in the US. This role includes coordinating across B2B and B2C workstreams, overseeing creative reviews, managing merchant approvals, coordinating internal stakeholder reviews, and ensuring the team's overall organizational efficiency. You will work with a cross-functional team across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and more to support our mission of delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for both merchants and consumers on Google Shopping.

Responsibilities

Core Program Management: Serve as the organizational hub for the team, coordinating and managing the flow of work across all B2B and B2C initiatives with a specific focus on:

Campaign GTM & Merchant Co‑op: Operationalize the GTM process for B2B2C campaigns, streamlining internal tracking of assets, creative reviews and ensuring all creative outputs are approved by relevant internal and merchant stakeholders in a timely manner. Maintain a source of truth for rolling campaign decks supporting brand moments throughout the year.

Core PMM Roadmap & i18n: Maintain a holistic view of the B2B2C product roadmap, ensuring it’s consistently updated. Assist in developing our i18n process as we translate and scale creative platforms, features and messaging to new markets.

Internal Exec Stakeholder Coordination: Plan and execute a regular cadence of internal stakeholder reviews and alignment meetings, centralizing materials for review and capturing clear action items and decisions.

Team Organization: Implement and maintain effective project management tools and communication channels to keep all workstreams organized and transparent to leadership and team members.

About You Required Experience

BA or equivalent

7-10+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a tech, consulting or e‑commerce environment

Excellent problem solving & written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams (B2B and B2C)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required to keep teams on track

Experience in coordinating compliance or review processes (e.g., creative, legal, policy)

Preferred Experience

Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with relevant experience managing complex processes within matrixed organizations.

Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross‑functional teams, driving consensus.

Ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast‑paced, exciting, and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.

Understanding of the online retail, advertising, or e‑commerce ecosystem.

Ability to drive alignment across teams by clarifying goals, aligning resources and simplifying operations

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. Salary Range: $80,356—$93,000 USD
