
We’re partnering with a client seeking an
SEO / AEO Specialist
to support organic growth across a portfolio of partner websites. This role focuses on executing core SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, content auditing, and technical SEO support within a multi-site environment. You’ll work closely with SEO leadership and cross‑functional teams to implement recommendations, resolve issues, and help improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and lead performance.
Responsibilities
Execute on-page SEO and AEO recommendations across assigned websites
Conduct content audits to identify optimization opportunities and search alignment
Optimize metadata, internal linking, site structure, and keyword targeting
Support technical SEO initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams as needed
Monitor organic performance trends and contribute to reporting
Identify UX and cross-linking opportunities to improve discoverability
Maintain documentation and workflows to ensure consistent execution
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience (agency or in‑house)
Strong understanding of on‑page, content, and technical SEO
Experience working across multiple websites or complex site environments
Ability to identify and execute optimization opportunities that drive measurable results
Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience
Familiarity with analytics and SEO reporting tools
Nice to Have
Experience with AI‑driven or generative search optimization (AEO)
UX and internal linking analysis experience
