We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to support the PCGS Business Development team across multiple initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening PCGS’ market position and supporting financial growth through coordination, communication, and execution.

You’ll report to the Director of PCGS Sales and work from our Santa Ana office.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate multiple ongoing initiatives for PCGS vintage, world, and show submissions

Support Business Development team with internal coordination and project execution

Translate BD goals into clear, actionable steps for partner departments

Independently manage assigned special projects

Assist clients with account updates, order questions, and general inquiries

Collaborate with Customer Service, Dealer Desk, and Operations to resolve client issues

Maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication

Provide regular dealer communications on roles, contract requirements, and minimums to uphold standards

Partner with Marketing and Operations on sales initiatives and project rollouts

Ensure all departments understand their responsibilities in new programs or initiatives

Improve cross‑functional communication between Business Development and other internal teams

Who You Are

A strong communicator with 2+ years in customer service, sales, or marketing (numismatic experience preferred)

Professional, confident, and able to navigate complex grading, processing, and submission questions

Skilled at resolving conflict and supporting challenging or high‑value clients while maintaining discretion

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities

Curious and eager to deepen knowledge of the hobby, market trends, and PCGS services

Effective at building relationships across internal teams and with dealers, collectors, and auction houses

Values‑driven, demonstrating accountability, integrity, kindness, and strong decision‑making that protects the PCGS brand

Technically proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning internal reporting/tracking systems

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $66,496-$88,400. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
