About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven

Listing Optimisation Specialist

to enhance product visibility, listing health, and conversion rates across Amazon marketplaces. The role involves end-to-end ownership of ASIN-level listing optimization, creative content enhancement, and performance tracking, ensuring full compliance with Amazon guidelines while driving sustainable sales growth. This position requires strong expertise in Amazon SEO, listing creatives, A+ Content, and data-backed optimization strategies. Listing Optimization & Content Management

Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords using high-search-volume and high-conversion keywords, aligned with Amazon SEO best practices. Ensure all listings adhere strictly to Amazon style guides and compliance requirements, preventing suppression or listing quality issues. Implement best practices for product categorization, tagging, and variation setup across categories. Create, manage, and upload high-quality product images as per Amazon standards (minimum 7 images per listing, white background, zoom-enabled, lifestyle shots, size comparisons). Design professional infographics such as comparison charts, feature highlights, and use-case visuals to improve customer engagement. Develop and publish compelling

A+ Content

including enhanced brand content modules, premium images, comparison tables, and videos to boost conversion rates. Amazon Advertising & Performance Growth

Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). Continuously improve campaign performance with a focus on traffic growth, ROAS improvement, and ACOS efficiency. Analyze ad data and listing metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance

Monitor listing health scores through Seller Central and proactively resolve issues related to images, keywords, or compliance. Track and report key KPIs such as conversion rate, BSR, sales velocity, keyword rankings, and listing health. Share regular performance insights and optimization recommendations with internal stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

2+ years of hands-on experience

in Amazon listing optimization and/or Amazon PPC management. Proven experience working on

Amazon Seller Central , A+ Content, and listing compliance. Strong keyword research expertise using tools such as

Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Viral Launch, Keepa , or similar platforms. Experience managing profitable Amazon advertising campaigns with data-driven optimization (preferred target ACOS ≤ 5%). Proficiency in image editing and creative tools such as

Photoshop, Canva , or equivalent. Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace analytics including conversion rate, sales rank, BSR, and listing quality metrics. Excellent English communication and copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, keyword-rich product content. Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling multi-category product portfolios or reseller accounts. Exposure to US marketplace trends, seasonality, and promotional strategies. Basic graphic design capabilities for A+ Content modules and infographics.
