Create infographic product videos to showcase the features and benefits of our soccer equipment products in a visually engaging manner. Develop marketing materials for offline/retail markets, including flyers, banners, closeout offers, catalog design and other promotional materials to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets and marketing materials. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the visual identity and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a certification in related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail. Strong understanding of cataloging strategies, marketplace SEO and marketplace guidelines. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in work deliverables. Soft Skills Creativity: The ability to generate innovative and visually appealing designs. Creativity helps in developing unique concepts and solutions that stand out and effectively convey the intended message. Collaboration: Working well with others, including clients, marketers, developers, and other designers, is essential. Effective collaboration leads to cohesive and well-integrated design solutions. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail ensures that designs are polished and free of errors. This skill is critical for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring accuracy in every aspect of the design. Time Management: The ability to manage time effectively allows designers to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Good time management ensures timely delivery of quality work. Self-Motivation: Being proactive and self-driven is essential for staying productive and continuously improving one’s skills and design quality. Knowledge of other design tools like Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, and Canva can be beneficial. Familiarity with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is often a plus.
