The company operates with in-house licensed customs brokerage teams, direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection interfaces, and fully integrated air and ocean forwarding operations. Supporting high-volume U.S. import programs across industrial, consumer, automotive, and regulated commodity sectors, the business maintains strict regulatory compliance controls, audit-ready processes, and consistent service performance across complex supply chain environments.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and transmit all U.S. customs entries including formal, informal, warehouse, and PGA filings through ACE
Accurately classify merchandise under HTSUS and applicable duty preference programs
Ensure full compliance with CBP regulations, FDA, USDA, EPA, and other Participating Government Agencies
Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation for regulatory accuracy prior to filing
Communicate directly with clients, CBP officials, government agencies, and internal freight forwarding teams
Manage cargo holds, exams, post-entry corrections, protests, and entry amendments
Experience Needed
Hands-on experience as a Customs Entry Writer, Import Specialist, or Customs Brokerage professional
Strong working knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, HTS classification, and entry types
Familiarity with PGA requirements, regulatory compliance, and ACE processing
Licensed U.S. Customs Broker preferred but not required
Interest in pursuing the U.S. Customs Broker License examination welcomed
