As the Advertising Graduate, you will help bring Red Bull’s iconic advertising to life — including our iconic animated and cartoon‑style campaigns—supporting the planning, execution, and performance of integrated media campaigns across a wide range of platforms. Working closely with the Media team, our media agency, and creative partners, you’ll gain hands‑on experience turning bold ideas into live campaigns that reach consumers wherever they are. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Media, you will contribute across the full media lifecycle, using insights and analysis to support campaign delivery and evaluate performance. This role is ideal for someone curious about advertising and creativity, detail‑oriented, and excited to learn how a global brand executes high‑impact campaigns, providing a strong foundation for a career in advertising and marketing within a fast‑paced, consumer‑driven environment.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: MEDIA CAMPAIGN SUPPORT

Support Media Managers in executing integrated and digital media plans for advertising campaigns, working closely with the media agency and media team.

Assist with day‑to‑day campaign execution across channels such as TV, streaming, and online video (WebTV), Social, Display, Search, Audio, and outdoor advertising (Out‑of‑Home/OOH).

Help manage campaign set‑up, optimizations, performance reporting, and budget tracking.

Stay up to date on emerging digital media trends, partners, and technologies to continuously innovate and diversify media plans.

BUDGET SUPPORT

Support the management of campaign media budgets, ensuring spend is tracked, optimized against the strongest performing placements, and delivered as planned.

Assist with the monthly billing process for reviewing media agency invoices and ensuring they are accurately coded and processed on time.

Help ensure media activity is accurately reflected across planned and reconciled campaigns within budget management platforms, working closely with the agency and internal teams.

COMPETITIVE MEDIA & MARKET INSIGHTS

Maintain and update ongoing competitive media tracking to support real‑time insights.

Monitor how competitors are advertising across channels, including where, when, and how they show up in media.

Review competitor creative to identify key messages, trends, and points of differentiation.

Combine findings into a recurring competitive update deck, summarizing insights, implications for Red Bull, and recommended next steps.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026).

Demonstrated interest in advertising and media through coursework, internships, academic projects, or self‑directed learning is a plus.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Autonomous, self‑starter with a focus on results.

Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus.

Proven excellence in academic pursuits.

A history of pursuing personal passions, extracurricular achievements.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

The salary for this position is $73,000.
