**Product Designer – Shape the Future of Life Sciences Technology**Location: East Norriton, PA; Princeton, NJ; NYC, NY; Waltham, MA (Hybrid/Remote Also Available)Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Designer to join our Product Strategy group within the Digital and AI Solutions team. As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of creating intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful digital experiences for pharmaceutical and biotech clients with the possibility to expand the product design function down the road.Trinity’s Product Strategy group is focused on creating transformative products that address our life sciences clients’ most challenging problems in the commercialization of novel therapeutics. This individual will work closely with product managers as they help shape and build scalable software solutions to identify how to leverage AI to make our products more accessible to both internal and external users.**Position Responsibilities**We’re looking for a self-motivated problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Work collaboratively and iteratively with product management, business leaders, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users.**What You’ll Do*** · **Shape the Future with AI:** Design intelligent agents and AI-powered features that make workflows smarter and more efficient.* · **Champion the User:** Lead usability testing and translate feedback into designs that delight and deliver.* · **Collaborate & Innovate:** Work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and UI/UX teammates to bring ideas to life.* · **Build Design Systems:** Maintain and evolve our design standards for consistency across Trinity’s product suite.* · **Connect the Dots:** Use AI to integrate Trinity’s products into a seamless ecosystem, enabling data interoperability and unified experiences.* · **Stay Ahead:** Keep up with design trends and best practices in healthcare tech to ensure our products lead the way.**What Success Looks Like*** · Improved usability scores and client satisfaction.* · High adoption of data products and agents by Trinity users* · High uptake of AI-driven features, agents, and cross-product integration* · Consistent design system usage across all platforms.* · Timely delivery of design assets.**What You Bring****· Bonus points for: SaaS or analytics platform design experience and/or familiarity with HTML/CSS.****Qualifications****Education:**Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.**Work Experience:*** · 7+ years of experience in product design of B2B SaaS Applications in life sciences· **Design with Purpose:** Craft wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web and mobile platforms that simplify life sciences workflows. * · A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and complex data visualization.* · Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.* · Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.* · Experience collaborating in agile environments and cross-functional teams.* · 3+ years of experience designing products specifically for the application of AI-enabled agents, workflows and/or use of Generative AI within products and/or knowledge hubs.* · Proven experience as an excellent Product Designer, with a successful track record of product launches and iterations.**Key Skills:*** · Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and levels, often leading through influence.* · Builds trust with business leaders and clients through active listening and professional presence.* · Works seamlessly within cross-functional teams, contributing to shared goals and filling gaps as needed.* · Has a strong understanding of AI and Agile methodologies and software development processes.* · Understands technical concepts and communicates clearly with global engineering teams to build credibility.* · Applies an analytical mindset to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.* · Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple workstreams and shifting priorities driven by stakeholder and user feedback.* · Embraces ambiguity and change with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.* · A self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems and exploring the nuances of client needs into various parts of Trinity’s business.* · Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.**About Trinity**Trinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence. For more information, visit Trinity at .Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $145,000.
