KEY PURPOSE The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Speedo’s retail and marketplace marketing programs across key commercial partners including Target, DSG, Walmart, REI, and Amazon.
This role operates within the North America Brand Marketing team and is dedicated to driving sell-through, retail visibility, and omnichannel excellence within Speedo’s wholesale and retail partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, the coordinator helps bring integrated go-to-market programs to life through digital activation, content trafficking, and performance tracking.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Media & Marketplace Execution
Manage day-to-day activities within retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Target, Amazon, sporting goods and specialty: including campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting.
Coordinate creative submissions, timelines, and approvals across retail partner portals.
Support the execution of paid media and co-op campaigns under the Manager’s direction.
Assist with BazaarVoice product review syndication and ongoing retail content updates.
Partner with the Manager to bring to life retail go-to-market programs, ensuring all creative, digital, and in-store elements are delivered on time.
Maintain project trackers, content calendars, and activation timelines.
Upload and manage brand assets across retail partner systems (Target, DSG, Walmart, REI, etc.).
Coordinate asset routing, versioning, and feedback loops with agencies and internal teams.
Reporting & Optimization
Gather and consolidate campaign performance metrics from retailer dashboards, agencies, and media partners.
Create reports and performance summaries to support campaign optimization and stakeholder communication.
Maintain budget tracking documentation and update spend logs.
B2B Communications & Internal Support
Execute weekly B2B email blasts, monthly homepage updates, and quarterly briefs for retail partners.
Help maintain the regional marketing toolkit and ensure alignment across product, creative, and retail timelines.
Support the preparation of presentations and internal reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience in digital or retail marketing, preferably within consumer goods, sportswear, or eCommerce.
Experience with retail media networks or self-service ad platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising).
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
A collaborative, curious mindset and passion for retail marketing and brand storytelling.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced market environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
Pay Range: $28.85 - $31.25 hourly
Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
