Shopbop and Zappos, Amazon subsidiaries, is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support in the day-to-day execution of our Digital Marketing programs. This role will support in paid SEM, social, and affiliates, and will be responsible for managing and improving our creative briefing process. Teamwork, time management, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
Support the launch of new strategies across our brand and performance marketing channels
Responsible for overseeing the creative briefing process, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Responsible for asset and copy distribution
Manage the promotional calendar from the paid media side, ensuring all agencies receive the most up to date details
Manage the execution of our COOP and brand partnership campaigns
Put together creative recaps to walk our creative and editorial team through creative wins and best practices
Review all previews of ads before launch, ensuring these align with business best practices
Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to all cross-functional teams
Create competitive studies, gather insights and distill findings
Manage cross-channel status meetings and communication leveraging existing tools; define agendas for project kick off meetings
Work cross functionally across different marketing and creative teams (influencer, editorial, creative, organic social, etc)
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
Agency experience
Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
