Description
The Marketing Manager – Hospitality, Gaming & Real Estate Responsible for leading all consumer-facing and brand strategy across Lupoli Companies’ hospitality and real estate portfolio, including restaurants, hotel/casino operations, and commercial real estate assets.
This role serves as the primary marketing owner for assigned brands and properties, with direct accountability for strategy, execution, performance, and cross-functional alignment. The Marketing Manager partners closely with executive leadership, operations, leasing, and property teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive awareness, traffic, occupancy, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Growth Leadership
Own and lead all consumer-facing marketing strategy and execution for assigned hospitality, gaming, and real estate brands
Define campaign strategy, budgets, promotional frameworks, and growth initiatives aligned with business goals
Serve as the primary marketing partner to leadership for assigned verticals and properties
Hospitality, Gaming & Property Marketing
Lead marketing strategy and execution for:
Restaurants and dining concepts
Hotel and casino operations
Commercial and mixed-use real estate assets
Develop campaigns that drive:
Guest traffic and engagement
Brand awareness and reputation
Leasing, occupancy, and tenant visibility
Partner with operations, leasing, and development teams to support openings, promotions, and ongoing initiatives
Creative & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute integrated campaigns from concept through launch
Oversee social, digital, paid media, PR, in-venue, and experiential marketing
Ensure brand consistency, quality, and clarity across all channels and touchpoints
Website & Digital Ownership
Act as project lead for website initiatives related to hospitality and real estate brands
Manage content updates, UX improvements, and conversion strategies
Oversee digital performance across web, social, and paid platforms
Performance & Accountability
Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs and ROI
Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to leadership
Continuously optimize strategy based on data, results, and business priorities
Cross-Functional & Team Leadership
Partner closely with:
Operations and property management
Leasing and development teams
Sales and executive leadership
Provide direction to creative resources and marketing team members supporting assigned brands
Oversee external vendors, agencies, photographers, designers, and media partners
Establish workflows, timelines, and processes to ensure efficient execution and scalability
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, gaming, real estate, or multi-brand environments
Proven experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand positioning, and performance measurement
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and executive presence
