Key Responsibilities
Execute logistics and operational tasks for assigned events
Coordinate vendors, venues, shipping, staffing, AV, catering, and on-site support
Prepare and maintain proof of execution (POE) documentation
Draft and distribute event communications using established templates
Maintain event tools, calendars, and documentation
Track spend and ensure alignment to approved budgets
Support Sr. Specialists and Managers on larger programs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting or executing events or marketing programs
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 30%
