What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales enablement strategies for Medicare Advantage and related products
Create and maintain compliant sales enablement materials, including brochures and training toolkits
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content accuracy and market readiness
Utilize insights and feedback from sales teams to enhance training materials and resources
Monitor competitive intelligence and support product positioning strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Medicare marketing, or product marketing
Proven experience in supporting sales teams with training and enablement resources
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of Medicare products, enrollment periods, and CMS guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in health plan or managed care environments
Background in training development or instructional design
Proficiency with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
