What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and support end-to-end product marketing strategy for diverse product portfolios, including Medicare Advantage and specialty products
Translate analytics and insights into actionable marketing strategies to enhance member engagement and drive product growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives
Oversee campaign planning and creative development for multi-channel marketing initiatives
Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities to advance growth and improve engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, specifically in Medicare Advantage or related products
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards
Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and leverage performance analytics
Exceptional project management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
Background in member engagement or lifecycle marketing
Advanced skills in marketing analytics and performance reporting
Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or Medicare compliance
Experience with managed care organizations or other healthcare ecosystem partners
