Lead and support end-to-end product marketing strategy across diverse product portfolios, including Medicare Advantage and specialty products
Translate analytics and insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and growth

What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, particularly in Medicare Advantage or related areas
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards for Medicare marketing
Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and optimize based on performance analytics
Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
Background in member engagement or lifecycle marketing
Advanced skills in marketing analytics and performance reporting
Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or Medicare compliance
Experience with managed care organizations or pharmacy benefit managers
