What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and support end-to-end product marketing strategy across diverse product portfolios, including Medicare Advantage and specialty products

Translate analytics and insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and go-to-market plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives

Oversee campaign planning and creative development for multi-channel marketing initiatives

Monitor performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and enhance member engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, specifically in Medicare Advantage or related products

Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards

Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives with a focus on performance measurement

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools

Experience in member engagement or lifecycle marketing

Advanced skills in marketing analytics and performance reporting

Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or digital strategy

Background in managed care organizations or pharmacy benefit managers
