Oversee campaign planning and creative development for multi-channel marketing initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, specifically in Medicare Advantage or related products
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards
Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives with a focus on performance measurement
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
Experience in member engagement or lifecycle marketing
Advanced skills in marketing analytics and performance reporting
Professional certifications in healthcare marketing or digital strategy
