The Mission MacSteer is expanding its footprint across the American Heartland. We are seeking a high-level
Country Sales Manager
to lead our offline commercial business. You will be responsible for scaling our established presence in Texas and Oklahoma (TX/OK) while spearheading our entry into Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas (MO/IA & NE/KS).
This role is a unique blend of
sales leadership, team building, and long-term product strategy , culminating in the 2026/2027 rollout of our next-generation autonomous mowing technology.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Hiring:
Recruit, onboard, and coach Territory Sales Managers for the MO/IA and NE/KS regions. Provide leadership and strategic support to the existing team serving TX/OK.
Dealer Network Expansion:
Work alongside our current technical and service teams in TX/OK to deepen existing dealer relationships. Simultaneously, you will be the lead "hunter" for new dealership partners in the Midwest.
Strategic Alignment:
Bridge the gap between the field and the home office in Richardson. You will work closely with
Marketing
for lead generation and
Product
for field-testing feedback.
Autonomous Product Roadmap: *
Phase 1 (Current):
Drive aggressive growth for our core Auto-Steering solutions.
Phase 2 (Mid-2026):
Lead the
6–12 month Test Launch
of our Autonomous Commercial Mower system.
Phase 3 (Early 2027):
Execute the full national commercialization and scaling of the autonomous line.
P&L & Profit Sharing:
As a senior leader, you will manage the sales budget and be incentivized through a
Company Profit Sharing program . Your success is directly tied to the overall earnings and efficiency of the organization.
The Ideal Profile
10+ Years in Ag-Equipment/Tech:
You have a deep understanding of the dealer/distributor model and the seasonal cycles of the agricultural market.
Proven Builder:
You have experience taking a sales territory from "zero to hero" and know how to hire the right talent for remote roles.
Future-Focused:
You are excited by robotics and autonomous systems. You can sell a vision of the future while hitting today’s revenue targets.
Collaborative Leader:
You know how to support an existing team (TX/OK) while bringing fresh energy and structure to new markets.
