Overview We’re partnering with a global organization to hire a mid-level Learning Experience Designer to support the design and development of high-quality learning solutions across digital and blended formats. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning learning projects from intake through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities including instructor‑led training, virtual instructor‑led training, blended learning, interactive eLearning, microlearning, mobile learning, job aids, certifications, and facilitator and participant guides
Partner with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective learning experiences, accounting for geographic and cultural nuances
Translate learning strategy and requirements into storyboards, scripts, and concrete learning designs
Create design specifications, prototypes, and learning assets aligned to learning objectives
Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
Develop supporting materials such as videos, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids using Adobe Creative Cloud and related tools
Maintain and enhance existing learning content as business needs evolve
Navigate ambiguous learning challenges and propose creative, practical solutions
Contribute to reusable templates, asset libraries, naming conventions, and content organization standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines while providing regular status updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, graphic design, education, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or instructional technology
MUST HAVE strong hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for developing learning assets
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning theory
Experience translating complex or ambiguous business needs into learner‑centered solutions
Strong visual design sensibility with attention to layout, typography, and detail
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with SCORM‑compliant content and LMS platforms
Familiarity with video and audio editing tools such as Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar
Experience supporting global or cross‑functional teams
Full‑time contract role at 40 hours per week for approximately one year
Open to remote candidates; hybrid options may be available for local talent
This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities
