Description We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Contractor to lead training, enablement, and asset development for the global rollout of Salesforce (SFDC) across our Conferences Exhibitor sales organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering Salesforce training programs, developing enablement assets, and leveraging AI and innovative technologies to drive user adoption and sales effectiveness in complex, multinational environments.

What You Will Do:

Design, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive Salesforce training programs for global sales teams, using a mix of live, virtual, and recorded formats.

Collaborate with Sales Learning and Development Team to ensure instructional design is impactful and effective, and deployment training content is built into relevant New Hire programs.

Develop enablement assets such as playbooks, user guides, best practice documentation, videos, and interactive learning modules tailored to various sales roles.

Integrate AI‑driven tools and features within Salesforce training and enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and user experience.

Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps, gather feedback, and iterate on training content and delivery methods.

Support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring training aligns with new functionalities, process changes, and business requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate pilot programs, collecting feedback on training effectiveness and Salesforce adoption.

Provide hands‑on support during deployment, including hypercare, troubleshooting, and escalation of issues related to user enablement.

Maintain detailed documentation of training activities, asset development, and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree.

2+ years' experience in Salesforce training, enablement, or sales operations roles, with a strong focus on asset development and user adoption.

Proven track record of designing and delivering Salesforce training (virtual and in‑person) to sales teams; experience with global or large‑scale rollouts is highly desirable.

Experience developing enablement assets and leveraging AI or advanced technologies to support sales effectiveness.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM platforms, ideally including configuration and deployment.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales tools is a plus.

Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) for analysis, communication, and training asset creation.

Experience with Camtasia and especially Pendo is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with sales managers and business units, acting as a trusted advisor on training and enablement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate a broad spectrum of audiences.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or supporting sales teams is highly beneficial.
