The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience designing and delivering Salesforce training, supporting large‑scale or multinational deployments, and partnering closely with sales leaders and enablement teams in fast‑paced environments.
Contract role until October 2026.
Pay and schedule varies depending on where you reside:
Stamford CT – Requires onsite $42.50/hr
Irving, TX – Requires onsite $37.60/hr
Remote – $34.75/hr
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Training and Enablement
Design, deliver, and continually enhance comprehensive Salesforce training programs for global sales teams using live, virtual, and recorded formats
Collaborate with the Sales Learning and Development team to ensure instructional design is effective and that Salesforce training is embedded into New Hire programs
Support Salesforce implementation and optimization by aligning training with new features, process updates, and evolving business requirements
Enablement Asset Development
Develop role‑based enablement assets including playbooks, user guides, best‑practice documentation, videos, and interactive learning modules
Maintain and update training assets to reflect system enhancements, process changes, and user feedback
Document training activities, asset development efforts, and adoption insights to drive continuous improvement
AI and Technology Integration
Integrate AI‑driven tools and innovative technologies into Salesforce training and enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and user experience
Leverage analytics and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and improve enablement strategies
Stakeholder Collaboration and Adoption Support
Partner with sales leaders and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, gather feedback, and iterate on training content and delivery methods
Coordinate and facilitate pilot programs, collecting insights to refine training approaches and improve Salesforce adoption
Provide hands‑on deployment support, including hyper‑care, troubleshooting, and escalation of user enablement issues
Required Skills And Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree required
Experience
2+ years of experience in Salesforce training, enablement, or sales operations roles with a strong emphasis on asset development and user adoption
Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce training (virtual and in‑person) to sales teams
Experience supporting global or large‑scale Salesforce rollouts is highly desirable
Technical And Functional Skills
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms, including configuration and deployment exposure
Pendo experience required
Experience developing enablement assets and leveraging AI or advanced technologies to improve sales effectiveness
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales productivity tools is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for analysis, communication, and training asset creation
Experience with Camtasia is a plus
Professional Competencies
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with sales managers and business units
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on Salesforce training and enablement strategies
