Guide customers in selecting the ideal home based on their lifestyle, needs, and preferences. Accurately prepare, review, and manage purchase agreements in alignment with company standards. Oversee contingencies and support buyers throughout the entire purchase journey to ensure timely closings. Maintain ongoing communication with buyers to boost satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and encourage referrals. Generate new leads and traffic through proactive outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building. Support community events, promotions, and networking activities that help drive qualified traffic. Attend monthly broker meetings to expand referral networks and partner relationships. Conduct competitive market research, including pricing evaluations, marketing analysis, and demographic insights. What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in New Home Sales Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders Excellent negotiation, organization, project management, and time‑management capabilities Ability to handle multiple priorities with precision and operate with minimal supervision Proficiency in understanding financial reports, market comps, engineering documents, construction plans, contracts, and HOA documentation Willingness to learn and utilize CRM tools (e.g., Builders CMS) and service platforms (e.g., Build Pro, NewStar, Track‑it) Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Commitment to integrity, customer focus, and adherence to company values, policies, and procedures
