
Responsibilities
Greet and engage prospects visiting the community, creating a welcoming and professional environment
Utilize the company’s structured sales process and scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Assist prospects in identifying the right home to meet their needs and lifestyle
Prepare and review purchase agreements accurately and in compliance with company standards
Manage contingencies and guide buyers through the entire purchase process, ensuring timely completion
Maintain strong communication with buyers to enhance satisfaction and generate referrals
Source all traffic and generate leads through proactive outreach and marketing efforts
Assist in driving traffic to the community through events, promotions, and networking
Participate in monthly broker meetings to strengthen relationships and expand referral networks
Conduct competitor shopping and market studies, including pricing, marketing strategies, and target demographics
Must Haves
1-3 years of New Home Sales Experience
Active Real Estate license within the State of Florida
Must live within 30 minutes of Hammock Oaks
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, project management, and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and minimal supervision
Proficient in reading and interpreting financial reports, market comps, engineering reports, construction documents, specifications, contracts, and owners’ association documents
Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship management software (e.g., Builders CMS) and customer service platforms (e.g., Build Pro, NewStar, Track-it), along with other company-based systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Effective and professional communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, company values, customer focus, and adherence to established policies and procedures
Pluses
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; three to five years of related experience required
