Coffee Service Route Sales Specialist

Farmer Brothers, Pewaukee, Wisconsin, United States

Save Job

Your day on the road Start your morning with a full truck and a clear plan. From 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (with overtime when needed), you’ll visit a set list of customers, confirm they’re fully stocked on coffee, tea, and related items, and make sure their beverage stations look great and meet our standards.

At each stop, you’ll rotate product, tidy equipment, and perform at least one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check) to ensure high-quality beverages. You’ll also manage invoices, inventory, and collections for the route you’re covering, and you’ll keep a close eye on opportunities to grow revenue per stop by filling distribution gaps on core products, executing pricing changes, and running seasonal and limited-time offers.

What you’ll do

Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and allied products at every assigned account.

Clean equipment and verify it’s working properly; complete one CQC daily.

Escalate customer concerns quickly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and follow through to ensure satisfaction.

Service all customers on the day’s schedule, on time and to standard.

Handle route paperwork: invoices, inventories, and collections.

Increase Revenue per Stop by closing distribution voids, executing promotions (seasonal and LTO), managing pricing actions, and maintaining brand standards at beverage stations.

Flag inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities to the ASM during route relief.

Support the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer‑related projects as assigned.

Learn brewing equipment basics and perform minor adjustments or repairs.

Follow the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make sales calls when time allows.

Pitch in where needed—warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service.
