
Our client is a fast-growing, premium food and beverage company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across CA, NV, AZ and HI. This is a hands-on role for a proven sales leader who thrives in foodservice and hospitality environments and enjoys building markets through direct selling and distributor partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Drive regional revenue growth through direct selling and distributor partnerships
Prospect and close new multi‑unit, high‑profile, and strategic accounts
Own and manage foodservice and hospitality distributor relationships
Maintain a strong field presence and lead by example
Coach, support, and develop Territory Sales Representatives
Build and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company goals
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership
Represent a premium product portfolio in chef‑driven and hospitality‑forward environments
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience in food and beverage required
Strong background in foodservice and hospitality sales
Experience managing distributors and multi‑unit accounts
Proven hunter mentality with the ability to open new business
Comfort selling premium products where storytelling and quality matter
Highly autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑growing organization
