Field Account Manager
to grow our presence in the Chattanooga market. We strongly prefer candidates with experience in
multifamily housing, distribution, or flooring , and who thrive on building relationships and owning their territory like an entrepreneur.
What You’ll Do
Grow and manage an existing portfolio of multifamily property management clients
Scout and secure new business opportunities across the Chattanooga area
Serve as the trusted point‑of‑contact for on‑site teams, delivering exceptional service from order to installation
Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and tailored flooring solutions
What Sets You Up for Success
Proven experience in
sales, account management, or territory development —preferably in property management, flooring, or construction
A self‑starter mentality with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to thrive in a field‑based role with regular client visits
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must live in or near Chattanooga, TN
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
