As a leading supplier of technical textiles, Vitrulan stands for a wide range of high-quality woven roving and multi-axial fabrics, scrims and laminates made by glass and polyester, as well as the development and production of specialized, highly durable glass-fiber and carbon reinforcements. The TecTex division of technical textiles, with its two operating companies—Vitrulan Technical Textiles in Sonneberg-Haselbach, Germany and Vitrulan Composites Oy in Mikkeli, Finland—is part of the Vitrulan Group, which serves international markets from three locations with a total of around 450 employees. We are looking for someone to join our team via remote as soon as possible SALES MANAGER CENTRAL & EASTERN EUROPE (M/W/D)

Your role

Maintaining and fortifying current customer relationships in Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic Proactively identifying and building new strong customer relationships and projects, guiding them from inception to series production Identifying potential markets and market shifts while remaining fully aware of new products and competition status Participating in industry events and trade fairs to showcase high-quality products, e.g. JEC, TechTextil Budget planning, offer calculation and ongoing forecast updates Going on monthly business trips throughout your sales area to keep in touch with markets and customers on a regular basis Collaborating with colleagues and cross‑functional teams Your profile

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Economics or other similar qualifications with technical understanding in technical textiles, composites or similiar Five or more years of international sales experience in the field of technical textiles A profound understanding of technical textiles (e.g. glass & carbon multiaxial, scrim & woven fabrics) and processing in the composite industry A self‑motivated, independent, and innovative approach to problem‑solving combined with a pioneering spirit and exceptional communication skills Fluent in English, German and other languages skills would be beneficial, with the ability to travel over 50% within Europe We offer all employees considerable personal freedom to implement their own ideas, an open and team‑oriented corporate culture, an entrepreneurial compensation model, and a future‑oriented workplace in a long‑established and reputable company.
