Role Description
Silpa Companies is seeking a Junior Account Executive to support and drive net-new revenue and logo acquisition across our Cybersecurity (Silpa Secure) and Data Services (Silpa Data) portfolio. This is a true sales role with quota ownership, designed for an early-career seller who is hungry, competitive, coachable, and motivated by uncapped upside. You will focus on outbound prospecting, discovery, and deal execution, with support from senior leadership and delivery teams as you ramp. You will sell consultative professional services—not point products—positioned as business-critical solutions for risk reduction, operational maturity, and growth. This role offers accelerated learning, high exposure to executive buyers, and a clear path to senior AE responsibility. Key Responsibilities
Drive net-new business development and logo acquisition, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting. Support and execute sales across the full Silpa services portfolio: Cybersecurity Services (Silpa Secure) and Data & Analytics Services (Silpa Data). Conduct prospect research, cold outreach, and first-call discovery. Qualify business problems and identify opportunities aligned to client risk, growth, and operational goals. Progress deals through the sales funnel with guidance from senior leadership. Participate in solution positioning, proposal development, and pricing discussions. Engage with technical and business stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and executive leadership. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity reporting. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff post-close. Consistently work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. What We Are Looking For
1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services, consulting, technology, or IT-adjacent fields. Strong desire to build a career in sales with ownership of revenue outcomes. Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and high activity levels. Coachable, disciplined, and motivated to improve quickly. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders. Interest in cybersecurity, data, or digital transformation concepts (deep technical expertise not required). Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Motivated by commission, growth, and advancement. Eligibility Requirements
