Elite Breakout Marketing is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team as Retail Management Trainees. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed for candidates who want hands‑on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and team support while working toward management responsibilities. This position is based inside established retail locations and provides structured training, real‑world experience, and performance‑based advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Support daily retail operations and customer experience initiatives
Engage with customers to provide product information and service support
Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members
Help track performance goals and contribute to team success
Maintain professional standards within retail locations
Participate in ongoing leadership and skills development
Training & Development Our Retail Management Trainees receive paid, hands‑on training covering:
Customer service and communication
Retail operations and professionalism
Team leadership fundamentals
Product knowledge and brand representation
Performance tracking and goal setting
Consistent performers may be considered for advancement into supervisory or assistant management roles.
Base hourly pay plus performance‑based commissions and bonuses
Average weekly earnings range from $700–$1,100+, depending on availability and performance
Full‑time W2 position with health benefits available
Paid training and mentorship from experienced leaders
Clear internal growth opportunities
Supportive, team‑oriented work environment
In‑person role at assigned retail locations
Hours of operation: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
Individual schedules determined by the hiring manager based on availability and staffing needs
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a customer‑facing retail environment
Reliable transportation to assigned locations
Previous retail, customer service, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
