Summary The Senior Membership Sales Advisor is a dynamic, results‑driven sales professional responsible for leading the sales team while simultaneously driving their own personal sales production. This leader will carry an individual sales quota for memberships and services, demonstrating excellence in the sales process to set the standard for the team. This candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of selling personalized services. This role is critical in driving the overall sales strategy, mentoring the team, and directly contributing to revenue goals through personal prospecting and closing.
Essential Functions Team Leadership
Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious targets and ensure consistent achievement through personalized outreach and relationship‑building.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team’s performance and productivity.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation in community sales strategies.
Conduct performance reviews, set performance goals, provide feedback to the sales team, and when needed implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute community‑centric sales strategies for the team, engaging local residents and businesses to build a strong and supportive network.
Focus strategies to maximize membership sales revenue with an emphasis on personalized sales approaches tailored to individual needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded through personalized sales interactions.
Promotional Activities
Plan and execute promotional sales events and campaigns to attract new members/guests and enhance retention rates, incorporating personalized sales messaging and experiences.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, operations and medical services to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure executive of membership sales and member experience.
Sales Performance Analysis
Review KPIs to monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to evaluate team and individual performance.
Analyze sales data to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement, leveraging insights to refine personalized sales strategies.
Training & Development
Skill Enhancement:
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops (e.g., role‑playing, objection handling) to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Product Knowledge:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and product updates to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding and experience utilizing Salesforce CRM
Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse communities.

Experience & Education Required
