
Core Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio)
Experience with BI/Analytics tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
Experience in transportation
Solid project and time management skills, including multitasking, organizing, and managing customer expectations
Experience with SQL
Highly organized, detail-oriented work style, with a proactive and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Typical Day Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze and distribute recurring product performance reporting
Perform data validation & testing in partnership with Sales, BI, Finance, Technology & Project teams
Review and analyze trend data to identify product and process improvement opportunities
Complete market analysis to identify new products/solutions
Relay market needs and requirements back to internal XPO teams (Product, Marketing, Field Operations and Sales Operations)
Partner with technology teams to prioritize enhancements when appropriate
Perform root cause analysis for identified product defects and identify potential solutions
Provide customer service and procedural guidance to internal business partners
Maintain product trackers and project plans
Prepare sales and leadership presentations as needed
