
Global logistics provider specializing in end-to-end freight forwarding solutions is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support continued business expansion and market growth. This role will focus on new business development, account management, and delivering regular sales performance reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, driving repeat business and revenue expansion.
Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track prospecting, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Qualifications:
2 years of freight forwarding experience
2-4 years of B2B sales
Chinese language proficiency highly preferred
Prior experience in the logistics, import/export, freight forwarding industry
Strong ability to secure new business and maintain relationships
High level of organization, follow up, reporting discipline.
Ability to travel 50% regionally on East Coast
One day a week in office in the Diamond Bar, LA area
