The Buyers Edge Platform (BEPL) Associate Inside Sales Manager will every day, under every circumstance, create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture for a defined group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The BEPL Inside Sales Manager is responsible for their teams monthly/quarterly quota attainment and daily KPI requirements. This Manager will be tasked with aligning to the BEPL Inside Sales strategy at large and delivering consistent results that meet or exceed sales quota.

Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results driven sales team via recruitment, training, coaching & motivating

Provide strong dynamic leadership that mentors, develops and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum conversion rates and outcomes

Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Leverages conversational AI sales coaching software (Gong) daily to level up team skill sets and score sales calls to provide actionable feedback to sales reps

Conducts weekly 1:1s to provide actionable feedback

Conducts weekly sales strategy sessions with team to create a dynamic peer-to-peer learning environment

Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met

Monitors team performance and reports KPIs to sales leadership weekly

Develops, runs and monitors team SPIFF activities to drive sales conversion

Acknowledge team KPI achievements/milestones with team daily

Updates leadership to any trends, positive or negative within their designated team

Thought leader on best practices for departmental growth

Conducts weekly sales meetings to review the past weeks success and upcoming initiatives

Holds reps accountable to daily KPI requirements and quota attainment

Ability to positively reenforce any changes or messaging from leadership

Interdepartmental liaison among supporting business units

Performs other duties as assigned

About You:

Team Lead experience, or 3+ years as an overachieving individual contributor in a high-volume, quota bearing outbound sales role

YoY track record of successful pipeline management and results

Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency with an entrepreneurial mindset

History of consistently meeting/exceeding individual monthly sales quotas in a high-volume outbound Inside Sales role

Team player that can work autonomously without day-to-day direction

Deep understanding of Inside Sales process

Proficient with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Suite & Gong

Impeccable time management & organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

Exceptional understanding of all BEPL systems & services

Deep understanding of food service supply chain: distribution and manufacturing

Strong business acumen

Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

Punctual

Ability to travel 1-2 Times per year
