What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed assigned quotas
Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the wastewater market
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor market trends and competition
Prepare proposals and presentations while collaborating with internal departments as needed
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in the Customer Relationship Management system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
5-10 years of experience in sales and business development within target markets
Experience in the Water Treatment Market
Availability to travel 40-50% of the time
Strong technical background and ability to develop business plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proven ability to lead training sessions and convey technical information effectively
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience in customer relationship management and strategic business planning
