Body Shop Estimator

Russ Darrow Milwaukee Collision Center is seeking a detail-driven Body Shop Estimator to manage repair estimates and coordinate collision repairs from initial assessment through completion. This role is responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and managing the repair process from intake through completion while working closely with technicians, insurance partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable in collision repair processes, and able to communicate clearly while balancing accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards. Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the repair process Educate customer on the collision repair process including insurance claims, payment procedures, repair techniques, required repairs, and estimated repair timelines. Prepare accurate and detailed damage reports and repair estimates Manage and route repairs by coordinating paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repair progress, negotiating repair times, and coordinating sublet work as needed Oversee all aspects of the repair process to ensure timely completion and high-quality results Use tact and professionalism when working with internal teams, insurance representatives, and customers Maintain and service insurance accounts in accordance with company standards and requirements About Us
