Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the warm, welcoming voice of our company. Every day you will: Support customers via phone, email, and chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or order information. Build trusted relationships with customers by listening, understanding their needs, and offering thoughtful solutions. Manage and update customer accounts, process orders, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate across departmentsincluding Sales, Operations, and Financeto ensure seamless service and quick issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share insights with leadership. Maintain a positive, professional attitude even in fast-paced or challenging situations. Essential Skills: Customer service Order entry ERP system Order processing Strong communication skills 3+ years in a corporate customer service role Additional Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 13 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
