Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry! We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our facility in Raleigh, NC. The CSR is responsible for ensuring that services provided to all internal and external customers meet or exceed company standards. The CSR will become proficient in understanding company products, ordering tracking systems, and customer file maintenance to effectively take customer orders and address any complaints or issues. Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers primarily by phone, both inbound and outbound, to gather information used to key in orders in computer database. Check all product and services pricing, including special pricing, to prepare price lists for all customers. Maintains vending order forms and performs reconciliations by matching cancelled invoices reports with voided invoices. Reconciles drivers work on daily basis Checks inventory periodically preparing allocations and noting merchandise that may be out of stock. Handles customer administration to include setting up new customer contracts, updating supplier information, and performing customer depletion as necessary. Maintains customer records (both manually and on the computer) to produce and distribute daily, weekly or monthly sales reports from database. Resolves customers' service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, handling credits and adjusting bills. Determines approved product list for customers by maintaining and processing customer lists. Provides office support by assisting co-workers as needed to handle an increased customer load. Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required Excellent oral and written communication skills Good computer skills

Word and Excel experience desired Must be flexible to work schedule and ability to adjust for changes in workload Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks AS400 preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 late evening per month Benefits: Great Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and PTO offered, plus paid holidays!
