East Bay Motorsports, established in 2001, is the Bay Area's premier powersports dealer. We represent the following brands at our East Bay location: Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Polaris and CF Moto. Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Parts Sales Associate to join our team. We value long term relationships with our customers and are looking for candidates with a passion for powersports, great attitude, and outstanding work ethic. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Over the counter parts sales Sales of apparel and accessories Parts sales in coordination with new unit sales Merchandising/maintaining the Parts sales floor Able to follow work schedule and be at work on time. Able to work at a fast pace Keeping inventory stocked. Replenish displays and back stock. Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills Basic motorsports knowledge Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Must be organized, have a positive attitude, and driven to help customers. Excellent mathematical and communication skills Ability to use the web as a resource Also a plus, but not required: Motorsports dealership knowledge OEM parts finder experience Lightspeed experience Compensation: Hourly pay + commission Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Accident Hospital and critical illness insurance 401k Paid time off, Holiday Pay Generous employee discount
