Our client, an extremely busy founder, is seeking a sharp, warm, and highly capable Personal Assistant with light Executive Assistant support. This is a fast-paced role for someone who can juggle shifting priorities with calm confidence, strong judgment, and a polished presence. The ideal candidate is NYC-local to the coresomeone who knows the city inside and out, stays plugged into what's new and noteworthy, and can make smart lifestyle recommendations. Location

Personal Assistant (Primary Focus) Manage day-to-day personal logistics with speed, discretion, and proactive follow-through Restaurant booking + dining strategy: reservations, special requests, VIP coordination, last-minute saves Provide lifestyle recommendations: new and notable restaurants events and cultural moments worth catching new resorts/hotels and standout travel ideas Trip ideation + light travel planning (high-level planning, options, timing, recommendations) Light event planning (small gatherings, invitations, vendor coordination as needed) Errands and hands-on support when needed Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become problems Executive Assistant (Secondary Focus) Light business calendaring and scheduling support Coordinate logistics across meetings when needed Communication Expectations
The principal is respectful of boundaries and time When traveling, the principal may occasionally text in the event of a true hiccup or urgent issue Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting an extremely busy founder/principal (high volume, high change, high standards) Must be local to NYC with deep knowledge and real familiarity with the city (no relocation) Strong ability to manage ever-shifting priorities without dropping details Warm, professional presence with excellent judgment, poise, and polish Naturally tuned into lifestyle, hospitality, and what's current (you're the person friends ask, "Where should we go?") Tech-savvy: comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting as systems evolve Strong written and verbal communication; prompt and thoughtful follow-through Discretion is non-negotiable Preferred Qualities
Hip, fashionable, and socially fluentcomfortable in high-end environments Resourceful and well-connected in NYC (vendors, reservations, access) Calm under pressure, unflappable, and solutions-first Compensation & Benefits
