Wurth Baer Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover Central & Eastern NY / Hudson Valley. Major Cities: Albany, Utica, Poughkeepsie. Comfortable Interview Process: Conversational and transparent. Customer Type: Millwork fabricators, architectural and design firms, cabinetmakers, kitchen & bath showrooms, wood shops. Product Summary: Cabinetry hardware, PPE, synthetic countertops, plywood/laminates, finishes/coatings, fasteners, abrasives, sinks, lighting, machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Ideal Area of Residence for this Territory Manager: Albany or Poughkeepsie. Compensation Structure: $65k to $75k base range + quarterly commission bonus program. $100k+ (gross/pretax) is within reason the first year for a rep who performs well. You will also have access to spiffs and other incentives throughout the year. Automotive Allowance is $600/month (tax amount depending on vehicle depreciation over a 5 year span) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS." As a sales representative, you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers. Note: Because the territory is in and around the Greater Hudson Valley Area, someone who is familiar with this geography will have an advantage. With hundreds of established accounts already in the book of business and with the expected major growth, success is highly attainable.
