
Packaging Associate
The packaging associate will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by packing, labeling, and organizing items in accordance with company standards. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and in excellent condition. Responsibilities Inspect and prepare items for packing to ensure they meet quality standards. Pack, weigh, and label products for shipment or storage. Follow company guidelines to ensure items are securely packaged and protected during transit. Maintain accurate records of packed items and shipments. Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily packing targets. Keep the packing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic math skills for inventory tracking. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Travel Requirements Up to 10% travel may be required Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, employees may be required to walk for prolonged periods of time, occasionally bending, climbing, rotating, squatting, reaching, kneeling, or stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and periods of computer use.
