Sales Business Development Representative (Bdr)
The sales business development representative (bdr) helps the dealership sell automobiles by assisting customers both online, as well as by phone during their information gathering about a future purchase, as well as facilitating the appointment process for the sales departments. Bdr agent is the first step in assisting the dealership to develop a relationship with its customer, and plays a vital part in the dealership. This position will assist with incoming calls/receptionist duties as needed. Hours: Mon, Thursday, Friday 11:30am to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30am to 5pm Choice of having off every 3rd tuesday or wednesday when working saturday Training hours: 9am to 4pm mon-fri requirements previous car experience a plus previous call center experience is a plus excellent customer service skills strong computer skills required 1+ years' experience in retail sales preferred, but not required high school diploma/ged required
