
Sales Manager Frozen Foods
Our client is a growing frozen seafood manufacturer expanding its U.S. presence and building its commercial team from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity to join as one of the first U.S.-based sales hires and play a key role in establishing and growing national foodservice accounts. Own and grow national and regional foodservice accounts within the frozen seafood category. Leverage existing relationships and develop new partnerships across distributors, contract caterers, QSR, and institutional customers. Work closely with distributor partners to drive product placement, pull-through, and account expansion. Support the rollout and growth of branded products in the U.S. market, with future exposure to private label opportunities. Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, trade spend, promotions, and forecasting. Represent the business at key industry events and trade shows, including the Boston Seafood Expo. Serve as a trusted commercial partner as the U.S. sales organization scales over time. Frozen seafood experience strongly preferred but not required. Strong understanding of the U.S. foodservice landscape, including distributors and national accounts.
