
Specialty Drug Program Administrator
Location: Onsite - Tempe, AZ 85284 Schedule: M-F 8am to 6pm (will be an 8 hour shift during this time frame) Qualifications + Experience making outbound calls + Entry level math skills and experience using MS Office + HS Diploma or GED Summary of the role: Working as the liaison between the member, healthcare providers, and prescription drug assistance programs, the Specialty Drug Program Administrator helps to connect members to prescription drug assistance programs that will facilitate members to receive medications at no charge or at a discounted price. The Specialty Drug Program Administrator will work directly with members and physicians to ensure all required paperwork for a MAP/PAP application is completed and submitted to the manufacturer. Once a coverage determination has been made by the manufacturer, the Specialty Drug Program Administrator will work directly with the PBM and dispensing pharmacy to ensure the claim approves appropriately and the member receives their medication. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
