Executive Office Manager

Manage the Executive Office to support the operation of 24-hour PEMC services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Coordinates and supervises day-to-day support services for effective functioning of the Executive Office including scheduling and modifying work flow, phone and vacation coverage. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience as an Assistant to a Senior Executive. 5 years of experience working in an Executive Office environment.
