Customer Service Specialist

Interim Contract

We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a 3-month onsite interim assignment in Everett. This role supports daily customer operations, order processing, and billing coordination in a fast-paced, B2B environment. What You'll Do: Support customers via phone, email, and chat Enter and manage sales orders, updates, and cancellations Assist with invoice, shipping details, and payment discrepancies Partner with sales and internal teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate customer and order records What We're Looking For: 2+ years of B2B customer service experience Strong data entry skills (45+ WPM, 10-key preferred) Comfortable with high call volume and multitasking Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience using order entry systems and CRM tools Available to work fully onsite in Everett Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
