Expected pay for this position is $67.66 - $89.64/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Compensation Center of Expertise (COE) is responsible for leading the design and administration of OSF HealthCare’s compensation programs and policies within the OSF Total Rewards philosophy. This includes design and administration of base pay structures, special pay programs, and incentive plans, regular pay increases and market adjustments within the salary increase budget. Responsible for leading the Compensation COE team. Oversees the development of compensation education, communication, and other program materials. Serves as an expert resource to HR leadership and business leaders on compensation issues, and actively participates in problem-solving on a variety of compensation-related concerns.
Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience:
5 years of experience in human resources, accounting, finance, or a business role.
Previous leadership experience.
Licensure/ Certification: N/A
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Working knowledge of human resources and administration of complex compensation programs.
Ability to analyze and make decisions in order to resolve organizational problems and implement new solutions.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to lead people and teams through effective change and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization.
High level customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated self-motivation, ability to work independently, and ability to achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed, confidential information in an accurate manner.
