Service Specialist for Installers
Compensation Pay Range: $15.50 - $21.50
The Service Specialist for Installers is an experienced and knowledgeable parts expert dedicated to meeting the needs of professional customers at the store's installer counter. This role involves supervising the daily activities of delivery specialists to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strong sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
Efficiently handle customer orders via phone and online, generate invoices, accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and coordinate delivery specialists to ensure orders arrive punctually.
Maintain and service delivery vehicles to meet company standards.
Complete vehicle inspections on time, accurately track daily mileages, and enter data into delivery fleet management systems.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Verify all merchandise, including warranty parts, is billed accurately before customer departures.
Ensure timely pickup and credit of customers' core and warranty returns.
Review customer returns for warranty compliance and ensure proper tagging of items.
Assist at the front and retail counters as needed.
Support backroom operations such as auto-loading, returns, and stocking.
Facilitate the quick processing of customer labor claims.
Complete other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong mechanical background.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with automotive repairs.
ASE Certification.
Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly preferred).
