Job Summary:

Order management specialists are responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of incoming physician orders for various locations. The order management specialist initiates the scheduling process, allowing for appropriate access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for accurately indexing orders, maintaining an accuracy rate of 98%. Responsible to communicate effectively with provider offices, schedulers, and facility staff as required. Works with hospital departments to advise of any schedule changes. Responsible to support the scheduling of patients as business needs arise. Maintains the productivity standards set forth by the department. Recognizes and consistently exhibits exceptional customer service as a critical factors in all duties performed. The ability to work within a remote call center environment free from distractions and background noise. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in typing. General knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual a plus. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. High school graduate or equivalent. One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred. Benefits:
