Job Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate indexing of orders, maintaining a 98% accuracy rate
Communicate effectively with provider offices, schedulers, and facility staff as needed
Advise hospital departments of any schedule changes
Support the scheduling of patients based on business needs
Exhibit exceptional customer service in all duties performed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proficient in typing
General knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; bilingual is a plus
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High school graduate or equivalent
One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred

Previous experience in a remote call center environment
Familiarity with healthcare scheduling software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
